RE- CONVENED SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 22, 2010 83 <br />RE -SET HEARING OF CHARGES 2010 -06 — ANTHONY SCOTT <br />President Dempsey stated the meeting was reconvened at 8:27 a.m. on September 22, 2010. Board <br />Attorney Thomas Bodnar stated the Hearing of Charges 2010 -06 would need to be set sooner to <br />comply with the law restricting the Charges to be heard within thirty days of the serving of Charges. <br />Therefore, upon a motion by Mr. Cottrell, seconded by Ms. Vasquez and carried, the Board approved <br />the Hearing of Charges to be changed to October 14, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Common Council <br />Chambers. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, President Dempsey declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 8:28 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />rxanita Dempsey, resident 1 <br />�f P <br />Z�!� g- - <br />Patrick D.
