Data from <br />other facilities may not be included. <br />(b) Local Purchasing <br />Percentage (%) of fatal local (defined as St. Joseph County, Indiana) purchases - <br />including materials, supplies, and services <br />(1) SO% local 1 year <br />{2) 85% local 2 years <br />(c) ~Ieadquarters <br />Company Headquarters is located in St. Joseph County, Indiana i year <br />(d) Payroll Increase <br />Increases in gross direct labor from revious calendar year <br />(1) 20% 1 year <br />(2) 30% 2 years <br />{e} Employment <br />(1) 5 % or i0 employees from specifed census tracts~a~ 1 year <br />(2) 10% or 10 employees from specifed census tracts~l~ 2 years <br />(3} Hire 5 or mare individuals who have a felony conviction in their <br />background (who have or are going through a rehabilitation or reentry <br />program) 1 year <br />{4) Hire 5 or more individuals whose jobs were lost (within the last 12 months <br />prior to hire date) due to the closing of a local (St. Joseph County) <br />business 1 year <br />(1) Census Tracts with the highest levels of poverty and unemployment, and the lowest levels of <br />median income. Per the 2000 Census, tracts 1, 4, 5, 6, 10, 17, 14, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 29, and <br />30.
