Task 4 — Quote Services <br />CBBEL will provide six full copies of the final quote documents to the City prior to <br />quoting. CBBEL will coordinate the delivery of the documents to three contractors of the <br />City's choosing. CBBEL will assist the City in conducting a pre -quote conference at a <br />location of the City's choosing. CBBEL will address contractor questions and prepare <br />and issue addenda. Following quote opening, CBBEL will compile and certify quote <br />tabulation sheets and provide a contract award recommendation to the Owner. It is <br />assumed that City staff or representatives will coordinate the quote collection, quote <br />opening, and the preparation of the construction agreement. <br />EXCLUDED SERVICES <br />1. Site remediation design related to hazardous materials, soil or groundwater <br />contamination, underground storage tanks, or other environmental hazard. <br />2. Land acquisition services, right -of -way engineering, right -of -way management and <br />supervision, title work, appraisal problem analysis, appraising, review appraising, <br />buying /negotiations, or relocation services. <br />3. Archaeological investigations for the project areas or adjacent areas. <br />4. Construction staking for the selected contractor. <br />5. Construction Observation Services. <br />6. Landscape design services. <br />7. Utility relocation plans or design services. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Work will be completed within 21 days of the Notice to Proceed. <br />ESTIMATED FEE <br />We have estimated the total fee for these services to be $6,250. This total fee is <br />estimated to be divided between the Tasks as follows: <br />Sub - Contractor Services <br />Task 1 $ 600 <br />(Phifer Environmental Services, LLC) <br />Task $ 400 <br />(Wightman Petrie, Inc.) <br />CBBEL Services <br />Tasks 3 and 4 $ 4,950 <br />Reimbursable Expenses (mileage printing) $ 300 <br />Total $ 6,250 <br />Christopher B.
