Martin, Cler .. <br />SPECIAL MEETING JULY 29, 2010 <br />The Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 10:35 a.m. on Thursday, <br />July 29, 2010, by Board President Gary A. Gilot with Board Members Donald E. Inks and Carl <br />P. Littrell present. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - STUDEBAKER AREA A DEMOLITION PHASE IV -BID PACKAGE <br />B _ PROJECT NO. 109-032 (AEDA TIF} <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened. Board <br />Attorney, Cheryl Greene, stated she was looking through the bids to confirm that the Non- <br />Collusion form and bid bond were included and all paperwork was signed. She noted this is a <br />federally funded project and there are numerous other Federal requirements that must be met, so <br />all bids will be subject to confirmation that they conform to Federal requirements. Mr. Littrell <br />added that all bids received were from previously approved pre-qualified bidders that met all of <br />the requirements.
