Kendall Street. (Rum Village <br />Neighborhood vacant lots) <br /> <br /> <br />(12) Staff report on Administrative Settlement <br />for 621 W. Indiana Avenue. (Residential) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that the Commission <br />authorized the sending of a purchase offer in <br />the amount of $20,050 for 621 W. Indiana <br />Avenue. Approximately $7,000 additional is <br />needed to gain clear title to this property. <br />The property is a 1,300 square foot, two- <br />story, three-bedroom single family residence. <br />It has a fenced yard, covered porch, patio and <br />storage shed.
