COSB -Bill Schalliol <br />August 3, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES (DEMOLITION PLAN REVISIONS PER ADDITIONAL AREAS) <br />Topographic survey shall include the following: <br />• Update plans to reflect additional demolition areas and curb and sidewalk replacement. <br />The estimated fee for performing the changes will be $1,200.00. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES (ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION) <br />The Indiana Department of Environmental Management issued a "Comfort Letter" for the former EMI <br />site that addressed the Recognized Environmental Concerns (RECs) detailed in the Wightman Petrie <br />Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. Wightman Petrie has reviewed this letter and will provide <br />environmental testing and classification of the materials still left on site so that the potential demolition <br />contractor's will be prepared to dispose of the material. Wightman Petrie will provide coordination <br />with area landfills to determine testing requirements before they will accept the materials, collection of <br />the different materials and analytical testing by an independent laboratory. Wightman Petrie will <br />address the IDEM Comfort Letter so the demolition and environmental remediation of the EMI site <br />will cover all of the RECs. Tasks included are site visits, sample collection, landfill coordination, <br />laboratory analysis, plans and specification modification. <br />The estimated fee for performing the above mentioned task will be $2,000.00. <br />Topographic Survey Services $600.00 <br />Demolition Plan Revisions per Additional Areas $1,200.00 <br />Environmental Remediation $2,000.00 <br />Total Estimated Cost of Services $3,800.00 <br />
