We have <br />appreciated being able to be of service to you in the past and hope that we may assist you with this <br />project. <br />We have reviewed the documentation and files you provided, and offer the following proposal: <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES (ADDITIONAL TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY SERVICES) <br />Topographic survey shall include the following: <br />• Data collection of two parcels and Bowman Street north of the original site and Donald Street <br />east of the alley to Michigan Street. <br />• No contours or surface model will be prepared at this time. Once the demolition of the site <br />has been performed a full asbuilt survey can be performed and fees may be negotiated at <br />that time. <br />The estimated fee for performing the boundary and topographic survey will be $600.00. <br />412 S.
