He provided limited copies <br />of a multi-page handout entitled "A Sign of Good Things to dame" copy attached} <br />Hating that he v~auld file additional copies v~ith the Gffice of the City Clerl~ for distribution <br />to the ~auncil I~erbers, H also provided a one-page handout vhich he then <br />highlighted addressing the Salvation Array and the Ray ~ Joan l~roc Corps Community <br />Center of St. Joseph County. He noted that this center ~rould be located on the <br />south~vest Darner of Chapin and Western Avenue. There ~vould be seven ~~} areas of <br />focus, namely: <br />• Education and life development <br />• Family enrichment <br />• l=ine and perrorming arts <br />• Health & v~rellness <br />• Recreation <br />• Spiritual developrr~ent <br />~ Teen development <br />
