South Bend Common Council <br />RE: Tax Abatement for Patterson Logistics Services, Inc. <br />July 20, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Copies of the Public Benefit Points Summary used to calculate the abatement term and the estimated <br />Real Property Tax Abatement Schedule are attached. In addition, a complete copy of the real property <br />tax abatement petition and an addendum to it are also attached.
