(Bill Nos. 10-28 and 10- <br />29) <br />Date: July 9, 2010 <br />Consideration of the Designation Resolutions for the subject tax abatements is scheduled for the <br />Monday, July 12, 2010, meeting of the Common Council. The Petitioner has requested that <br />consideration of these petitions be postponed until the Council's July 26`1i meeting to permit <br />McCormick to complete discussions between its local facility in South Bend and the corporate office <br />in Baltimore, Maryland.
