Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Resolution No. 2689 accepting the transfer <br />of real property from St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana. (Millennium Environmental, 604 <br />S. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br /> A. South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) First Amendment to Vine Restaurant <br />Lease. <br /> <br />Mr. Meteiver noted that The Vine leases the <br />lower level of the Palais Royale. The <br />Commission entered into an agreement with <br />the Morris Performing Arts Center that the <br />rent collected goes to the Morris which <br />maintains the property. The Vine Restaurant <br />wishes to continue in business where it is. <br />The First Amendment extends the Lease to <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
