South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -June 18, 2010 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the <br />Claims submitted June 18, 2010, and ordered checks to <br />be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 2689 accepting the transfer <br />of real property from St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana. (Millennium Environmental, 604 <br />S. Scott Street and EMI, Inc., 2020 S. <br />Main Street) <br />Mr. Inks asked that this item be tabled. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled Item S.A.(1) <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) First Amendment to Vine Restaurant <br />Lease. <br />Mr. Meteiver noted that The Vine leases the <br />lower level of the Palais Royale. The <br />Commission entered into an agreement with <br />the Morns Performing Arts Center that the <br />rent collected goes to the Morns which <br />maintains the property. The Vine Restaurant <br />wishes to continue in business where it is. <br />The First Amendment extends the Lease to <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED JUNE 18, 2010, AND ORDERED THE <br />CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />COMMISSION TABLED ITEM S.A.(1) <br />3 <br />
