-2- <br />Cost for this task would be $2,250 <br />Task 3: Construction Documents: <br />)une 28, 2010 <br />a) Construction Documents: After review and approval from City staff, Danch Hamer will provide bid <br />ready, final construction drawings that will include existing conditions, layout plan, landscape plans, <br />details, specifications, and final construction cost estimates for the improvements. These plans <br />will be included with the construction plans for the Oliver Trail and Chilled Plow Memorial. <br />Cost for this task would be $3,600 <br />Task 4: Bidding: <br />a) Bidding: Danch Harner will provide bidding and negotiating services at a time and material basis. <br />Task 5: Construction Inspection: <br />a) Construction inspection: If required, construction inspection services will be provided at a time and <br />material basis and will consist of monitoring day to day construction methods and practices to <br />insure proper installation of the trail, amenities, landscape, and any other project components. <br />Weekly progress reports will be sent to the City and Contractor for review and action.
