POLICE SELECTION PANEL JUNE 2, 2010 43 <br />The Police Selection Panel met at 8:25 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 in the Common Council <br />Chambers, 4th Floor, County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of formulating a <br />recommendation to be made to the Board of Public Safety. President Juanita Dempsey, Board <br />Attorney Thomas Bodnar, and Police Chief Darryl Boykins were present. BonDurant, Member <br />Vasquez, Member <br />Eddie Miller, Mem <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION MARCH 10, 2010 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 8:40 a.m. <br />The meeting was held in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14th Floor, County City Building, South <br />Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b) (2) (B) and (b) (6) (A). President <br />Juanita Dempsey, and Board Members Patrick D. Cottrell, Laura Vasquez and Eddie Miller were <br />present. Board Member Bruce BonDurant was absent. Also present were Police Chief Darryl <br />Boykins, Fire Chief Howard Buchanon, and Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. Board members did <br />not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice.
