looks awful. Chairperson Kirsits said he felt betrayed by Mr. Mihalache. This outcome <br />emphasizes the importance of the Council maintaining oversight of projects. While rules <br />and restrictions placed on developers have to allow flexibility; the developers needs to <br />make a commitment not to abandon a project resulting in an eyesore. This is what has <br />happened in the Mihalache case according to Kirsits and represents a breach of trust. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee at this time.
