APPENDIX "B" INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY OWNER OWNER shall do the following in a timely manner so as not to delay the services of the ENGINEER: 1. Designate in writing a person to act, as OWNER's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement. Such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define OWNER's policies and decisions with respect to the ENGINEER's services for the Project. 2. Provide all criteria and full information as to OWNER's requirements for the Project, including design objectives and constraints, space, capacity and performance requirements, flexibility and expandability, and any budgetary limitations. 3. Furnish all specifications and standard drawings applicable to the project and all criteria for design and details including, but not limited to, signage, lighting, highways, structures, grades, curves, sight distances, clear zones, clearances and design loadings. 4. Assist the ENGINEER by placing at ENGINEER's d~s~csai ali available""~ information pertinent to the Project including, but not limited to, the following: a. Previous reports and any other data relative to design or construction of the project. b. Available data from the transportation planning process. c. Utility plans available to the OWNER. 5. Furnish to ENGINEER, as required for performance of ENGINEER's Basic Services (except to the extent provided otherwise in Appendix "A") the following: a. Data prepared by or services of others and appropriate professional interpretations of such. b. All written views pertinent to the location and environmental studies that are received by the OWNER. c. Existing ambient air quality data available from State and Local Air Pollution Control Agency. d. Existing water quality data. 6. Arrange for access to and make all provisions for ENGINEER and/or Subcontractors to enter upon public and private property as required to perform services under this Agreement. 7. Furnish approvals and necessary permits from all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project and such approvals and consents from others as may be necessary for completion of the Project. Permit fees shall be paid by OWNER at time of submission of said applications. 8. Examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals and other documents presented by ENGINEER, obtain advice of attorney, insurance counselor and other consultants as OWNER deems appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to delay the services of ENGINEER. 9.
