South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -June 4, 2010 <br />acquisition costs for dwellings in this area, if <br />the appraisals establish their values equal to <br />or greater than the list prices. <br />Mr. Relos noted that title work was done <br />recently and the titles are clear. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2693 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. (1521 <br />S. Scott St.) <br />(3) Resolution No. 2694 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (1520 S. Scott St.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2694 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. Scott St.) <br />(4) Staff report on Blackthorn Golf Course <br />van lease. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission was <br />previously apprised of the need for a van for <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. The current van's <br />lease expired in May. The van is used to <br />support course operations, including shuttling <br />guests and volunteers for outings and <br />tournaments, moving tables and chairs for <br />hosted events, trips to the bank, etc. Staff <br />believes it is appropriate for the staff to have <br />a van. Kitson and Partners have agreed that <br />there will be no personal use of the van. <br />The lease term is 36 months with payments <br />of $387.40 per month.
