(portion of 921 N. <br />Bendix) <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Equipment Financing Agreement with <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that at the May 7 meeting the <br />Commission authorized a loan to Blackthorn <br />Golf course for the purchase of a <br />mower, greens roller and ball washer. <br /> <br />Mr. Meteiver noted that the Security <br />Agreement is between two of the <br />Redevelopment Commission’s TIF accounts. <br />The Redevelopment Commission on behalf <br />of its TIF account is loaning money to <br />Blackthorn Golf Course, another of the <br />Commission’s TIF accounts. A Promissory <br />Note has been prepared in the amount of <br />$31,032. The Security Agreement gives the <br />TIF account a security interest in the <br />equipment being purchased by the <br />Commission’s funds. <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br />
