-2- <br />Task 4: Bidding: <br />May 14, 2010 <br />a) Bidding: Danch Harner will provide bidding and negotiating services at a time and <br />material basis. <br />Task 5: Construction Inspection: <br />a) Construction inspection: If required, construction inspection services will be <br />provided at a time and material basis and will consist of monitoring day to day <br />construction methods and practices to insure proper installation of the trail, <br />amenities, landscape, and any other project components. Weekly progress <br />reports will be sent to the City and Contractor for review and action.
