It is our understanding that this project will include designing the <br />main entry signage for the Oliver Industrial Park. The signage will be of the <br />monumental type, placed symmetrically on the both sides of the entry drive with <br />individual business information being incorporated on one side. The sign design will <br />include features that relate to the Oliver Boiler House. This work will coincide with the <br />Oliver Trail and Chilled Plow Memorial Project. <br />Task 1: Preliminary Concepts: <br />a) This task will include providing two preliminary concepts and probable cost <br />estimates to the City for review and comment.
