Western <br />Ave. (Asbestos Inspection, Environmental <br />Assessment and Demolition Specifications) <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the Commission has <br />owned the former Fred’s Transmission since <br />December 2009. We now need to prepare <br />demolition specifications for the site, <br />including proper documentation for the <br />demolition. <br /> <br />Wightman Petrie has submitted a proposal in <br />the amount of $14,500. The proposal also <br />gives a price for Demolition Inspection and <br />Construction Engineering Services at an <br />amount of $12,720. The total project <br />proposal is a not-to-exceed amount of <br />$27,220. <br /> 12 <br /> <br />
