South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(5) continued… <br /> <br /> Street Parking Structure Façade <br />Upgrades) <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Development <br />Agreement with Memorial Hospital included <br />a number of city commitments, anticipating <br />Memorial’s plans for expansion. As with <br />any plan, things change over time. The <br />hospital has asked the city consider different <br />improvements to accommodate the <br />expansion that has actually taken place. Part <br />of that would be façade improvements to the <br />Bartlett Street Parking Garage, including a <br />brick façade.
