Mr. Lang said <br />the vacation allowed for additional Kroc Center parking. <br />Councilmember White asked if the South Bend Housing Authority (SBHA) staff or <br />nearby SBHA residents were party to the vacation discussions. Mr. Lang and Gary Gilot, <br />Director of Public Works said while no special meeting had been scheduled all were <br />aware of the proposal and no remonstrance had been heard. Hearing this <br />Councilmember's Rouse and LaFountain moved and seconded a favorable <br />recommendation. All supported. <br />Bill No. 12-10 -Vacate alley at Dunbar Corner <br />Chairperson Varner informed the Council a request to continue indefinitely had been <br />field by the petitioner South Bend Heritage. Councilmember Rouse moved and <br />Councilmember LaFountain seconded.
