Request to Approve Revised Rezoning Petition for Kroc Center- Gerald Phipps <br /> Mr. Phipps of the Troyer Group requested that the Board sign an amended rezoning <br />petition. The previous petition was amended to delete an area to keep the process <br />moving. <br /> Mr. Goodrich made a motion to approve the amended petition. Mr. Mullins seconded the <br />motion and it was passed. <br />4. Request to Award Quote for Climbing Wall- Paul McMinn <br /> Mr. McMinn requested approval of the bid by Extreme Engineering for a portable <br />climbing wall in the amount of $31,249.65. A second quote was received from American <br />Rock Climbing for $39,152. <br /> Mr. Mullins made a motion to award the quote to Extreme Engineering. Dr. Kelly <br />seconded the motion and it was passed. <br /> <br /> <br />IV.The next order of business was new business. <br /> <br />1. Arborist License Renewals- <br />The following license applications were presented for approval by the Board: <br />a. Kachur Tree Service <br />b. Super Tree, Inc. <br />c. Fuerbringer Landscaping & Design, Inc. <br />d. Acorn Landscaping, LLC <br />e. KC Tree, Inc. <br />f. Kevin’s Tree & Landscaping of Michiana, Inc. <br />g. TLC Tree Removal, Inc <br />h. Michiana Arbor Supply <br />i. Mills Landscape Service <br />j. Doug’s Mishawaka Tree Service, Inc. <br />Mr. Bodnar reported that TLC Tree Removal and Super Tree’s insurance certificate did <br />not have the City of South Bend as a certificate holder. He suggested approving the <br />licenses pending the receipt of amended certificates. <br />Mr. Goodrich made a motion to approve all the requests, including the above pending <br />receipt of amended certificates. Dr. Kelly seconded the motion and it was passed. <br />Mr. Goodrich made a motion to accept the renewals of the Arborist Licenses and Dr. <br />Kelly seconded the motion. It was passed <br />2. Requests for Use of Parks- <br />Ms. Harriman requested the Board approve the following requests: <br />a. May 15, 2010- Cystic Fibrosis Walk- Howard Park/Riverwalk <br />b.
