The motion was approved. <br /> <br />2.Coveleski Stadium Update- Bill Schalliol <br />Mr. Schalliol gave the Board a report on the status of proposed improvements to <br />Coveleski Stadium. The first phase includes renovation of the suites, replacement of an <br />elevator, press box improvements, backstop replacement, concourse improvements, ADA <br />improvements, outfield pad replacement, and field replacement. Three departments will be <br />involved in this project; the Park Department as the owner, the Redevelopment <br />Commission as planner and funder and the Board of Works as project manager. <br />Mr. Schalliol presented the three party interlocal agreement to the Board. Phase one <br />would take place over the season and not interfere with the games and cost around $5M. <br />It was decided to approve the scope of work at the February meeting. <br />Mr. Goodrich made a motion to approve the interlocal agreement between the South Bend <br />Park Board, the Board of Public Works, and the Redevelopment Commission. Dr. Kelly <br />seconded the motion and it was passed. <br /> <br />3.Change Order #1for Zoo Contract with Brown & Brown- Terry DeRosa <br />Mr. DeRosa requested the Board approve a change order for the work being done on the <br />primate exhibit by Brown and Brown, Inc. The total is $2,644. <br />Mr. Goodrich made a motion to approve change order #1. Mr. Mullins seconded the <br /> - - 2 - - <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
