Tuesday CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 939 1925. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That the: following despribed property be .appropriated for this use of said City: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Kosciuszko Street and the'Northerly line of Prairie Avenue; thence North along the Easy tin of Kosciuszko Street, a distance of four hundred four and thirteen hundreths (404.13') feet to the south line, produced west, of lot 61 in Walnut 2nd. Addition; thence east a distance of seven and five tenths (7.5) feet, to the south west corner of said lot 619 thence south along 6, line seven and five thenths (7.5) feet east of and parallel to the east line of Kosciuszko Street a distance of Pour hundreths eight and thirty six hundredths (408.36') feet to the northerly line of Prairie Avenue; thence southwesterly to Place of beginning.. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: -Beginning at the intersection of the Soutri line_®. Indiana Avenue and the center line of the alley east of Kosciuszko Street, thence South along the _center line of said alley to the northerly line of Prairie Ave., thence south westerly along the northerly line of Prairie Avenue, to the center line of the alley west of Kosckiszo Street; thence North along the center line of said alley to the south line of Indiana Avenue; thence east along the south line of Indiana Avenue to the place of Beginning. The purpose of such appropriation is The Widening of Kosciszko Street seven and five tenths (7.5) feet on the east side, from Prairie Avenue to the South line of Lot 61 in Walnut 2nd. Addition. Notice of this .resolution shall be published on the 5th. day of March °1925 end on the 121�'_z.° c'°=,:y of March 1925 in the South Bend Tribune and Nees Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 1st, day of April 1925 at 7:15 P.M. wil hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these prose dings . adopted -this 3rd. day of March 1925.
