VACATIOF RESOLUTION..NO. (? + _ Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is desirable to vacat4 the fallowing:- The 2nd, Kelley south of Indlana Avenue from Main Street to the west line of the alley west of Main Street; also the alley west of Main Street from the south Tine of Lot 11 •Creeds 2nd.` Addition, to the north line of lot 8 Creed's 2nd. Addi�tiob, described as follows, topit:- . Beginning at the South East cornerof Lot 11 in Creed's 2nd. Addition thence west to the South West corner of said Lot 11,'thence north to the north west corner of lot 8 in Creed's.2nd. Addition, Thence west a distance of fourteen (14) feet, to the west line of the alley west of Ifain Street, thence south a distance of one hundred and fo:B*y four (144) feet to the South line of the 2nd. alley south of Indiana Avenue, thence east to the West line of Main. Street, thence North a distance of aeven (7.0') feet to the place of beginning, The following property may be injuriously is beneficially affected by such vacation. Beginning at the intersection of the cefiter lines of Main Street and Indiana Avenue, thence west along the center line of Indiana Avenue to the west line of the alley west of Main Si,reet•, thence south along the west line of said alley and said line produced south to a point one hundred and fifer (150.)1) feet south of the south line of the 2nd, alley south of Indiana Avenug ,hence east along a line one hundred and fifty (150.0' ) feet south of and par- allel to the south line of the 2nd. alley south of Indiana Avenue, to the cente line of Main Street, thence north to the place of beginning. L. 31 and. 32 and running Aia froze Colfax Avenue to the first alley south of Colfax Avenue, described as follows, to -wit: -- Beginning at the N. E. corner of lot 13 in Dunbar & Company's Sub. of B. 0. L. 31 and 32 , thence south to S. e. Corner of said Lot 13, thence east, to the south west corner of lot 14 in said Dunbar's Sub., thence north.to the northwest earner of said Clot 14, thence west to the place of begin- ning. ' The following property may be injuriously -or beneficially affected by such vacation: Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 3 in Dunbar's Company's Sub. of B. 0.
