I <br />That Sample Street is being increased in width by adding forty (40), feel, to the <br />north side of said street, and it is' therefore ordered that the grades of said <br />railroad.. shall be separated at said Sample Street; so as to provided for a street <br />fight (80) feet in width. . <br />(19) RUSH STR;2T. No separation of grades shall be' required -where` hhe <br />tracks of said railroad intersect Rush Street, and that- part ,of said street which <br />lies within the'right-of way of said Capany shall be vacated: <br />(20)The grade of the first alley.east of Fellows Street which inter- <br />sects Sample Street on the south side 6hall be changed so as to conform -to the grade <br />of Sample Street as established at No. 18 above, and then ascend to the south at the <br />rate of five (5) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present <br />grade of sa id ' a iley. <br />(21) ' OHIO STR&ST. No .separation of grades shall be required where the <br />tracks of said railroad intersect Ohio Straat, .and_ that part of 'said` streat which <br />lies within the right of way of said company shall. be+vacated. Said Ohio Street',' <br />shall be connected with Marietta Street west of; the right, of way of said rallroad", <br />+and a separation of grades of Marietta.Streat shal.l.be,provided as stated in No. 22 <br />below. And the grade of said Ohio Street west -of Marietta Street shall be straight, <br />line from the grade of the westerly line of Marietta Street,as fixed in No. 22 <br />below to. the present grade of Ohio Street'at -the west, line, of the alley .east of <br />Rush Street; 'and the grade of Ohio Street east of Marietta Street'shall be an <br />ascending grade on a ,straight► line from the grade of. the easterly, line of Marietta <br />Street:as.fixed in No. 22 below until it intersects the present grade of Ohio Street <br />one hundred (100) feet west of the west line of the alley west of High Street,." <br />(22) MARI&TTA STIZSgT. The intersection of Marietta Street and said <br />railroad shall be changed so that said street shall cross the right of way of said <br />railroad at right angles and at a width of sixty (60) feet. The center line of <br />said Marietta Street as changed shall intersect the.center line of .the right of way of <br />said railroad at approximately the same point where the present center line of said <br />Marietta Street intersects the center line of the right of way. And at -said changer <br />intersection of Marietta.Streat and the tracks of said railroad the surface of said <br />street shall be depressed four and sixty-nine hundredths (4069( feet, below the top of t <br />the south rail of the west bound main track at said intersection as now maintained, <br />the.elevation of said track being 66.81 when referred to South Bend datum and 152.02 <br />when -referred to New York Central .datum; clearance shall be twelve and one., -half (12) <br />feet between the surface of the street as fixed above and the bottom of the superstrue- <br />ture.ver said street; and'the grade of the approach to the north of the superstructure <br />shall be a level grade until it intersects the present grade of Marietta Streej and <br />the pproach of said street..to the south shall be a level grade from the southerly' <br />line of -the superstructure to ,a point one hundred fifty (150) feet north of Keasey <br />Street and from a point one hundred fifty (150) feet north of Keasey Street shal. <br />be a straight line until it intersects the -present grade at the north line,of <br />Keasey Street. <br />(23).+HIGH STR&ST. At the intersection of High Street and the <br />tracks of said railroad, the surface of said street shall tre depressed seven and <br />four -tenths (7.4) feet below the top, of the south rail of the west -bound main <br />track at said intersection as now maintained; the elevation of said track being <br />66.37 when referred to South Bend datum and 151,58 when referred to New York <br />Central datum; clearance shall be fourteen (14) feet between the, surface of the <br />street as fixed above and the bottom of the superstructure over said street; ,the <br />grade ofthe approach of said street north from the north line of the superstructure <br />shall be a level grade tothe north side of the first alley south of Ohio Street and <br />then a descending grade of -seven -tenths (0.7) of a foot to each one hundred (100) <br />feet to a point eight -five (85) feet south of the south line of 'Ohio Street; and. <br />the grade of the approach of said street south from the south line of the sup -ors <br />structure shall be a level grade to a point sixty (60) feet north of this north line <br />9fthe alley north of :Wenger Streat, and then an ascending 'grace of two and =one- <br />half (*) feet to each one hundred (100) feet unt-11 it# intersects _the present grade <br />of said street, except that vertical -curves sixty- (60Y ,feet in length shall be pro- <br />vided at the upper and lower ends of the grade. <br />( 24) The grade of Kessay Street where the same interse6be'west <br />line of High Street shall be, changed -so as to.eonform to the grade of High Street <br />as fixed in No, 23 above, and the grade of said street west from the west line .of <br />High Street shall be an ascending grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred 1Q ) <br />feet until it intersects the present grade of said street except that vartidox <br />curves sixty (60) feel, in length shall be provided for at the upper and lower enOv <br />of the grade. The grade of the first, alley south of Ohio Street which InVer <br />the west line of High StreeQ <br />t shall be changed so as to conform to the grade f <br />High Street, and 'the grade of said alley west of the west line of High` Street ` <br />shall be an ascending grade of five (5) feeta to each one hundred fae� until it <br />intersects the present grade of said alley. <br />
