In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no wr ,t-ten remon- strance filed. The Board therefore finds that the property assessed in said rolls filed on -the 16th., 1716h. and 23rd. stay of September 1924 are benefited in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed Sept. 16th., 17th. and 23rd. 1924 and the final es-ti4mi,e allowed Sept. 16th., 17th. , and 23rd.. 1924 should be and the same are hereby in alll, things ratifid oonfirme and approved.
