<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana. That it is doomdd necessary to - improve Various
<br />Streets in the City of South Bendq Indiana; as follows,' to -wit: -
<br />That an improvement be
<br />made of the kindi size, locations and terminal points as follows* to -wit: -
<br />That bids be receive for theconstructionand and repairing of cement
<br />sidewalk,ourbs,and Filling
<br />ling snd excavating for said sidewalks and curbs, on different
<br />streets in said City and where-same.have dlieady been partly constbuotedl or defectively
<br />anstrutted. All work to be done after the owners of the abutting property have been
<br />ordered and notified -to construct or repair such sidewalks and curbs for a .period of
<br />thirty of thirty (30) days from the date of such notice,
<br />All work to be constructed or repaired in accordance with Standard Specl-
<br />fications-on file in t1he A.ffice of the City Engineer of the City of South Bendq Indiana,
<br />All work to be done and assessments mad* as-prvvided in Sections. 1,
<br />of an Act entitled " An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations, approved 1909, at page 412,
