<br />STREET M ALLEY IMPPOVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 1380
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, 'STATE OF IND'IANA, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Anthony Street from Linden Avenue to Bertrand Street as follows, t,o- wit:-
<br />Said Street'shall'be graded from property line to property line and
<br />tie roadway thereof shall be paved,'_ and also the roadway of certain portions ,of the
<br />streets and alleys which enter or intersect said street shall he graded and paved. The
<br />-
<br />paving material to be used in leaking said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bitu.lithic,
<br />Asphaltic Concrete, Brick or Portland Cement Concrete Pavement seve.nx (�) -inches thick,

<br />Alley between South Michigan Street and South Main Street, from. Broad:�ay to Indiana -
<br />Avenue, as follows, to -Wit :--
<br />Said Alley shall lie graded and the roaftay thereof shall be paved, also
<br />the roadway of certain portions of the streets add alleys which enter or. intersect
<br />said alley shall be graded and paved:. The paving material to.be used in making said
<br />improvement shell be Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithic, Asphaltic Concrete, Brick or Portland
<br />Cement Concrete Pavement seven (7) inches.thick, the foundation shall be Portland
<br />cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the sheet asphalt, bitulithic, asphaltic
