<br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present.
<br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1329 for Pavement on McPherson
<br />Street from tho north line of Dunham.Streat to the north line of Sample Street in
<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. r
<br />Upon said hearing a remonstrator appeated'but no written remonstrance was
<br />filed. The Bogard being fully advised in the premises,.decides that the benefits to
<br />property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost
<br />of the some, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes, final action
<br />on said resolution as.originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things'rat•-
<br />ified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 1@th'day of May, 1924
<br />and on the 17th day of May, 1924 in the South Bend News Times and South Bend Tribune.
<br />in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the 'eonstruction.of said
<br />improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of May, 1924. The Board reserves the'
<br />right to reject any and all bids.

<br />Street, from Broadway to Haney ,Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstraee
<br />was filed. The -Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that' the benefits
<br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated.
<br />Zest of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final
<br />action on said resolution as o-riginally adopted and the same is hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />fits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
<br />estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
<br />taakes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby
<br />in all things ratifiedg confirmed and approved..

<br />Of said improvement up to 10:00 A. M. on the 27th day of May, 1924. The Board
<br />reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
<br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No..1330 for Pavement snd Widening
<br />of Lincoln Way East from the south line of Washington Avenue to the south line of
<br />Sample Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing property owners appeared, some in favor of and others
<br />against said improvement. Among those who appeared were John Y. Slick, Robert
<br />Dunmeyer, Ed Doran and Mr. Moore. No rrittenremonstrance was filed. The Board
<br />being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable
<br />to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same,
<br />as reported by tke City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said
<br />resolution as modified by idding five feet to curb side of roadway to be paved
<br />between Columbia Street sand Jefferson Boulevard in addition -to that shown on plan,
<br />on Lincoln Way East, and the.same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved.
