<br />No building, except a garage, shall be built on
<br />lots.1 and 2, 9 to 21 both inclusive, and 89 and 90 which
<br />shall cost less than �'P5500.00; no building, except a garage,
<br />shall be built on lots 3 to 8 both inclusive, and'lots 85 to
<br />88, both inclusive, which shall cost less than yp5000.00;
<br />no buildings, except a garage, shall be built on lots 22 to
<br />41, both inclusive, and 75 to 84, both inclusive, which shall
<br />cost less than $4500.00; no buildings, except a garage, shall.
<br />be built on lots 42 to 74, both inclusive, which shall cost
<br />less than $3000,00.
<br />No building shall be built nearer than twenty-
<br />five feet to the front property " line except that a porch
<br />not exceeding 10 feet in width may be built on the front
<br />of any house, and that bay, bow, oriel, or other pvojections
<br />at window and stairway landings may project beyond the front
<br />building line not more than 5 feet.
<br />No building, or parts thereof, shall be built
<br />nearer than 4 feet to the side lines of any lot or parcel
<br />of land with the exception that the eaves of any building
<br />may project over said 4 foot restriction line not to
<br />exceed 18 inches; provided, however, that if the grantee
<br />shall purchase more than one lot, and said property so
<br />purchased shall be adjoining lots or parts thereof, he
<br />may construct a duelling house on said tract so purchased,
<br />in such place that it shall not be nearer than four feet
<br />to either side of said tract, but, if purchasing more
<br />than one lot, and so constructing a house over the restricted
<br />lot lines as platted, he may not thereafter sell off such
<br />part of the property so purchased as shall permit said side
<br />lines to be closer than 4 feet to the building so constructed.
<br />No garage or putbuilding shall be constructed with its entire
<br />foundation forward more than 10 feet from the rear line of
<br />the owners lot or tract, unless the same shall be constructed
<br />in connection with and as a part of the house.
<br />No lot in said addition shall be improved, used
<br />or occupied for other than residential purposes, and no
<br />flat or apartment, though intended for residential purposes,
<br />may be erected theron.
<br />No more than one building for residential pur-
<br />poses shall be erected on any lot, and each residenace so
<br />erected shall be designed for occupancy by a single family,
<br />and shall front on the street on which the lot fronts.
<br />For the purpose of these restrictions Lot 1 shall
<br />be considered as fronting on both i:.,icKinley Avenue and the
<br />Boulevard, but not on Sunnyside Avenue and Lot 2 shall be
<br />considered as fronting on both McK nley Avenue and the
<br />Boulevard. Houses erected on Lots 1 and 2 shall be situated
<br />as near as practicable upon the central portions
<br />notof said lots

<br />from such houses. Lots 69,74, 75, 79,80, 89 and 31 shall be
<br />considered as fronting on Sunns.ide Avenue; -lot 68 shall be con-
<br />sidered as fronting on both Sunnyside Avenue and Sorin Street;
