<br />JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, That it is deemed neewssary to impr6ve Meade Street,
<br />from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street, as follows, to -wit: -
<br />..Said Street shall be graded from property line to property line to the
<br />establishes grade.and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed on both
<br />sides of said Meade Street, frmm Elwood Avenue to Keller Street. All as is more.
