<br />JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, That it is deemed necessary to improve Fremant Street from
<br />Elwood Avenue to HumbolAt'Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said Street, shall be graded from property line to property line to the es-
<br />tablished grade and cement sidewalk and .cement curb shall be oonstru.cted on both sides of
<br />said -Fremont, Street from Elwood Avenue to Humboldt Street. All as is more particularly
<br />shown and all -in accordance with the plans, profiles detail drawings and specifications
