These dates have <br />been pushed back by no fault of CBS. These delays have continued to date. On 03/14/2018 a <br />letter was written to TWG stating that any further delay will cause additional burden as labor, <br />storage, and material prices rise. Additionally, the manpower and finance were secured per <br />contract schedule. CBS cannot continue to carry the burden of rising costs and shifting <br />manpower, or lengthened general conditions. We have notified TWG that our start date will be <br />Monday 3/19/2018. If we are told not to start, we will request additional compensation. If any re- <br />work or additional trips to finish work are required due to incomplete predecessor activities, we <br />will request additional compensation. If any re -work lis needed due to added framing or weather - <br />damaged product, we will seek compensation. If additional protection is needed due to weather <br />exposure, we will seek compensation. <br />Action Items that are causing delay and/or damages: <br />1. Framing on building is not complete. Items remaining but not inclusive are knee walls <br />kitchen islands and peninsulas, corrected framing including P-lam beam reframe, punch <br />framing, electrical panel and media panel box outs. Framing to have been completed 12-29- <br />17 <br />2. The roof has not been installed on Building 2 along with several windows and doors. Any <br />work performed that is damaged by the building not being dried in will be at the cost of others. <br />Any additional protection on the work installed will be at the cost of others.
