JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, that it is desired and deemed necessary tci <br />impdave La Fayette Street from N. Y. G. Ry. Co, to a point 703 feet south, as <br />follows, to -wit: - <br />Said Street shall be graded•abd the roadway thereof shall be widened to <br />a width of 52- feet and paved, also the roadways of certain portions'of the streets <br />add alleys Zich enter or intersect, said street shall be graded and paved.
