The 'Board therefore find that the proper-ty assessed in said roll filed February 6, 1924 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board' further find, that the asses'sm -nt roll filed, February 69 1924 and the final estimate allowed February 6, 1924 should be and -the saw are„.hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
