<br />BE IT RESOLVED B`r THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY STATE OF INDIANA, that it is desired and deemed necessary to
<br />improve Victoria-Streat from Miami Street to a point 68' west of High Street as
<br />follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said Street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and
<br />also the roadway• of .certain portions of' the streets and alleys which enter or inter. -
<br />seat said street shall be graders and paved. The paving material to be used in mak-
<br />ing said.improvement shhll be Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithie Asphaltic Concrete, Brick
<br />or Portland Cement C-4-oncrete Pavement seven (7) inches thick, and the foundation
<br />shall be Portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the sheet asphalt,
<br />bitulithicI asphaltic concrete and brick, or rilled gravel six (6X-inches thick
<br />for the brick, also cement curb.shall be constructed along said street where same is
<br />necessary and not already constructed, manholes, storm water inlets and conduits
<br />shall be:"oonstructed where necessary, all manhole tops and storm water inlets shall
<br />be set to the proper grade, cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street
<br />and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all
<br />in accaddanee with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and scecifieations on file
<br />in the Officeof the Department of Public Works of the Ci:t;yk-of South Bend, Indiana.
