STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY-THF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST.
<br />JOSEPH COUNTY, SLATE OF INDIANA' that it osired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Kenvrood. Avenue: from Johnson :Street to Olive Street as follows, to -•wit.-
<br />Said Street shall be raded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and also
<br />the roadwayof certain portions o� the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said
<br />streat.shall be graded and paved. The paving; material to be used in makingg said improve-
<br />mentshall be Sheet Asphalt) Bitulithic, Asphaltic Concrete, Brick or PoYtland.Cement
<br />Concrete Pavement seven (�) inches thick, and.the foundation shall be portland cement
<br />concrete six (b) inches thick for the sheet asphalt, bitulithio, asphaltic.conerete and
<br />brisk also cement, curb shall be constructed along said street where same is necessary and
<br />not already,conslructe;do manh&les, storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed
<br />where necessary,'all manhole tops and storm water inlets shall be set to the proper grade,
<br />cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street rind. alley intersections where nee-
<br />e ssary, all, as is more particularly -shown and 'all in kccordanae with , the plans, p ' Qfiles,
<br />detail drawings and specificaions on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works
