E. A. Coates of the Williston Constr. Company presence and agreed to pay 2,/3 of paving bill if Gas Company would stand to pay one third 1/3 of bill. Mr. _Nickels refused to agree .to this as his company would not.assume..any responsibilty for this repaving. No agpeement reached. The following bid was received and referred to the City Engineer. Pipe sewer on Miami Street from the south and og present sewer in Miami Street to the north curb line of Donmoyer Avenue.
