The grade of Hancock Street, which inter- <br />sects Arnold. Street on the east siege, shall be •raisod so' as to conform to the grade <br />of Arnold.Street as fixed above and theme descend at the rate of five (5)-feet to <br />each one .hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present street grade of Hancock <br />Street. The grade of Huron Street, which Intersects Arnold Street on the west side, <br />shall be changed sous to conform to the grade of Arnold Street as fixed above, <br />and then descend at the rate of five (5) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until <br />It intersects the present street grade of Huron Street. <br />(�+) Chapin Street.at the interse etion of Chaplin Street and the <br />tracks of said railroad the surface of 'said street shall be depressed seven feet <br />below the top of the highest rail of the tracks at said intersection as now maintain <br />ed; clearance shall be fifteen (15) feet between the surface of the street as fixed <br />above and the superstructure over said street; the grade of said street under the <br />'superstructure -shall be level. The grade of the approach of said, street north shall <br />be a level grade from the north line of the superstructure to a point sixty (60) <br />feet north of the north line of Donn Street. The grade of the approach on the <br />south shall be level to a point twenty five feet south of the south line of the <br />superstructure and shall then be an ascending grade two and one half (21) feet to <br />each one hundred (100) feet until It intersects the present -grade of the street, <br />(5) The grade of Dunn Street, which intersects Chapin Street at a <br />point immediately north of the tracks of said'railroad, shall be changed and the <br />grade east Itrom the east line of Chapin Street as fixed at No. 4 above, shall be <br />an ascending grade three (3) feet in each one hundred (100) feet until.it intersects <br />the present grade of Dunn Street. <br />(6) Scott Street. At the intersection of Scott Street and the <br />tracks of said "railroad the surface of said street shall be depressed three (3) . <br />feet below the top: of the h*ghost rail of the tracks of said interseot�oh as noli <br />maintained; clearance shall be twelve and one-half (1*) feet betwee n the surface <br />of the street as fixes Above and the superstructure over said street; the grade <br />of the approach of said street north from the north'line of the superstructure <br />shall be a straight line until it intersects the present grade of Scott Street, at <br />the south line of Dunn Street, and the grade of the albproaeh from the south line of <br />the superstructure shall be a straight line until it intersects the present grade <br />of Scott Street at the north line of Ford Street. <br />(7) The grade of -the first alley north of Ford Street, which alley. <br />intersects Chapin Street and Scott Street, shall be changed and the grade of said <br />alley east from the east line of Chapin Street as established in No. 4 above sha <br />be an ascening grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until It <br />intersects the present grade of,said alley; and the grade of said alley west of the <br />west line of Scott Street,as established in No. 6 above, shall be an ascending <br />grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the <br />present grade ofsaid alley. <br />(8) PRAIRIE AVENUE, At the intersection of Prairie Avenue and the <br />tracks of said railroad the surface of said street shall be depressed six (6) feel._ <br />and nine (9) inches below. the top of the highest rail of the.traok le d4.ng to the <br />Stuebaker Plant, where the same intersects the center line of said P irie Avenue, <br />at .the elevation now maintained; clearance shall be twelve and one half (1 �) feet <br />between the surface of the street as Fixed above and the superstructure of he_traoks <br />leading to the team yard and Stidebaker.Plant; the grade pf,the approach of said <br />street north from the north line of the superstructure carrying" the tracks to the - <br />team yard and Studebaker Plant shall be an ascending grade of three (3) feet each <br />one hundred (100) feet; then grade of the appDeaeh .south from the south line of the <br />southerlysu ertructure shall be an a.seending grade of three (3) feet to each one <br />hundred 100) LLf&et until it intersects the present grade df Prairie Avenue. <br />(�) The grade of South Street which intersects Scott Street and <br />Prairie Ave., shall be changed and the grade of said South Street east from the <br />east line of Scott Street, as established at no. 6 above shall be an ascending <br />grade of three (3) feel, to each one hundred (100) feet until it%intersects the <br />present street grade of South Street, and the grades of said South Street east and <br />west of Prairie Avenue, as established at No. 8 above, shall be ascending grades of <br />three (3) feet toeach one hundred (100) feet Bash way east and w4est, until they in- <br />tersect the present grades of South Street. <br />(10) The grade'of„Taylor Street, which intersects Prairie Avenue, <br />shall be changed* beginning at the grade of said Prairie Avenue'as established at No, <br />e above,, there shall be an ascending grade north of three (3) feet to each one <br />hundred (100) until it intersects the present grade of said street. <br />
