Tuesday January 29tho s 1924. { Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. Atty A. G. Graham appeared before the Board and presentees written petition for the Vacation of St. Peter Street from North line of North Side Blvd. to the South Line of an alley running East and West between Division Street and Wayne Street also alley extending from the north side of North Side'Blvd. to the south ztft.line of Division Street. Resolution ordered on following petitions. South Bend, Ind. Jan. 25,1924. To the Board of PUblie Works, of the City of South Bends The undersigned, all of the owners of real estate abutting on an alley extending from the north line of the North Side Boulevard to the south line of Division Street, between St. Louis Boulevard and St. Peter Street, all in the City of South Bond, St .
