VAcation Resolution NO. 839 1924 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana:: That it is desirable to vacate the following: All streets and alleys in Realty and Construe Lion Co. First Addition, except Keller Street. The following property may be inuriously or benefically affected by such vacation: Beginning at the intersectionof the center line of O'Brien Street at a point, 25 feet, south of the north line of Keller Street; thence east, on a line parallel with and 25 feet south of the north line of Keller Street to a point 24 Feet, 'east of the west, line of College Street; thence due south to a point 20 feet, south of the north line of Ellood Avenue; thence west on a line varallel with and 20 feet south of the north line of Elwood Avenue to the center line of 0 Brien Street; thence north to the place of.beginning Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th, day of January 1924 and on,the .J 2nd. day of February 1924 in the South Bond Daily Tribune and News Times, This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 20th. day of February 1924 at 7 *15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Plat .of Elwood Manor approved by the Board with the following dedication: Approved by the City Planning Cq*mission May 3rd., 1923. o i The annexed plat of Elwood Manor containing One hundred and twenty (120) town lots, numbered..from Number One (1) to Number One hundred and -twenty (120) inclusive is laid out on the west half, (j) of the Southeast quarter (-4) of the Southeast quarter (�) of Soo.tion Number Thirty-four (34) in Township Thirty eight (38.) North Range Twp (2) East in St. Joseph County, Indiana. The west half of said above described tract was formerly platted by the. Realty and Construction Company and recorded in Plat Book No. 9 at.Page 53 of the Public Records of said County, but no sales of lots having ever been made in said plat, same is includdd herewith as a replat. The dimensions of all lots and the width of streets and alleys , expressed in feet, and the location of building lines are shown an the plat.
