ResOlved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indianat That it is desirable to vacate the following Elliott Street from Lincoln Way West to .Bonds Avenue as follows, to -wits- Beginning at the intersection of the southeast corner of Elliott Street and Lincoln Way West; thence southerly along the *aster lJ line of Elliott Street to the northerly line of.Bos.
