Continued. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate•for grade., curb and walk on California Avenue from Lawndale Avenue to Sancome Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1149. In the City of South Bend, Indiana Resolved that the entire work under the above resolution and contract be let thereunder be,in all things accepted and approved and the said final estimate be allowed. Resolved that notices in form required by, law be publised on the 4th. day of January 1924 and on the llth. day of January 1924 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times URA in said City, newspapers of general circulation, settin anf fixing the 23rd, day of. January 1924 at 7:15 P.M. at the office of said Board in the City Hall South Be Indiana as the time and place whe" this Board will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against each loses and parcels of land on said roll and will hear and determine whether such lots and parcels of land will be specie lly benefitted by said improvement by the amounts skated and set forth in said roll.
