In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved It the entire work under the above resolution and contra6 let thereunder be in allings accepted and approved and that saidffinal estimate be allowed. Resolved that said: notices in form required by law be published on the 4th. day of January 24 and on the llth, day of January 1924 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, in said City setting and fixing the 23rd. day of January 1924 at 7:15 P.M. sat the office of said Board in the City Hall, South Bend Indiana as the time and place when this Board will receive bidandnhear remonstrance against the amounts assessed against each of the lots and parcels of land on said roll and will hear and determine whether such lots and parcels of land will be specially benefitted by said improvement by the'ari:ounts stated'and set forth in sad said roll. a Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb an and walk on North side of Donmoyer Avenue from Michigan street to Fellows Street under IMpovement Resolution No. 1127.
