4) Within fifteen(15) feet of a fire hydrant. <br /> 5) On a crosswalk. <br /> 6) Within twenty(20) feet of a crosswalk at an intersection. <br /> 7) Within thirty (30) feet of any flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic control signal <br /> located at the side of a roadway. <br /> 8) Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb or within thirty (30) feet of points on <br /> the curb immediately opposite the ends of a safety zone, unless the traffic <br /> authority indicates a different length by signs or markings. <br /> 9) At any place where an official sign prohibits parking, stopping, or standing. <br /> 10) Within fifty(50) feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing. <br /> 11)Within twenty(20) feet of the driveway entrance to a fire station, and on the side <br /> of a street opposite the entrance to a fire station, within seventy-five (75) feet of <br /> the entrance. <br /> 12)Alongside or opposite a street excavation or obstruction if stopping, standing or <br /> parking would obstruct traffic. <br /> 13)On the roadway side of a vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or a curb of a <br /> street. <br /> 14)Upon a bridge or other elevated structure upon a highway or within a highway <br /> tunnel. <br /> 15)At any place where official signs prohibit stopping, standing or parking. <br /> 16)At any place designated by a yellow curb line, except for emergency vehicles or <br /> other City or County vehicles on official business. <br /> 17)At any place upon a street or in an alley under such conditions as to create a <br /> traffic hazard. For purposes of this section, a traffic hazard will be deemed to exist <br /> when the vehicle is parked in such a fashion as to impede normal vehicle traffic <br /> through the street or alley or the vehicle blocks the driveway entrance to any <br /> abutting property. <br /> SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the <br /> Common Council, approval by the Mayor, legal publication, and full execution of any conditions <br /> or Commitments placed upon the approval. <br />
