All members present. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment <br />rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Kaley Street from Division <br />Street to Kaley Street under Improvement Resolution No.I885. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Kendall Street from Indian <br />Avenue to the T. H. & L. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.I908. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Howard Street from South <br />Bend Avenue to the west line of Morey's Sub., under Improvement Resolution No.I889. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement -of-Liston atreet from Birdsel <br />Street to Adams Street under Improvement Resolution No.I925. <br />Assessment roll for the widening and pavement of Main Street from the <br />South curb line of "Jayne to the north curb fine of Division street -_,-under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I867. <br />In all of the above named assessment roll remonstrators appeared but no <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement <br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefor <br />takes final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.
