Tuesday, November I5th. , 1927. <br />The Board signed the certificate for the Dunnegan Construct- <br />ion Company for Partial estimate No.4 in the amount of $119,457.12. <br />Meeting adjourned at 12 0°Clock. <br />President <br />Attested: <br />Clerk of the Board l <br />Wednesday; November I6th., I927. <br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P.P.T. All members <br />present. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was hdd on <br />Improvement Resolution No.I963 for the pavement on Queen Street from Portage Avenue <br />to Blaine Avenue. <br />Upon the request of property owners, the Board decides <br />to continue hearing on same until November 30th., 1927. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assess <br />ment roll ,_for the pavement of Ewing Avenue from Michigan Street to the west line of <br />Franklin Street under improvement Resolution No.I899. <br />In the above named assessment roll, noremonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being duly advised in <br />the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for <br />said improvement have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll. <br />Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll, filed November 8th. , <br />I927, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proce <br />ings closed. The Board now orders.said assessment roll delivered to the finance Dep; <br />ment. <br />The Board approved a continuation certificate of the <br />Bond of Emil Spromberg in the ar_:ount of 3,000.00 signed by the Idetropolitan Casualty <br />Co. <br />City .Engineer, P;ir. H. G. Wray, submitted the tabulation � <br />of bids for the construction of a sewer in the alley south of Campau iltreet from <br />Frances Street to the center line of Lot 5 Turnock and Hartmantg ub., under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I96I. <br />Rocco Simeri Edward DiJulio John Lugaresi <br />449.30 455.90 456.45 1 <br />Bids_having been received for the construction of a <br />sewer in the alley south of Campau Street under Improvement Resolution No.I96I, the <br />Board this I6th., day of November, I927, hereby awards the contr=.et for said improve- <br />ment to Rocco Simeri at his low bid of 449.30. <br />City Engineer, hir. H. G. Wray, submitted partial <br />estimate No.I fear the sexier improvement in LZcKinley Avenue from Twenty-second Street <br />to Greenlawn Avenue, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the `'ity <br />J. F. Hipskind, contractor, under Improvement Resolution Ho.I9I9. The Board signed d <br />approved same in the amount of 1,924.72. i <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed primary assess- <br />ment rolls as follows: <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of Howard Street from <br />South_.Bend Avenue to the west line of +Morey's Sub., under Improvement Resolution No. <br />I889. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Main Street from <br />the south curb line of Wayne Street to the north curb line of Division Street under ; . <br />Improvement Resolution No.I867. j <br />II Assessment roll for the pavement on Klley Street from <br />Division Street to Colfax Avenue under Improvement Resolution No'; I885. <br />
